Refund policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, just contact me (shop@muonic.com) and I'll do my best to make it right. Between myself and the folks I work with, I'm confident we can make you happy. And if you still aren't, I'll be happy to give you a refund.
Please note that the customer will be required to pay return shipping for physical items, and said physical items must be unused and in like-new condition. Once I've received them, give me a day or two to open the box and inspect them. If they appear brand new, then you'll get your refund issued in another one or two days.
