WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your eBooks and audiobooks are delivered straight to your inbox courtesy of my fulfillment partner, BookFunnel.

As soon as you complete your purchase, keep a close eye on your email. Your eBooks and audiobooks should arrive within 5-10 minutes. (Tip: Check your spam folder!)

You can always head over to www.bookfunnel.com/help and simply use your email as your login, and you'll find them added to a premade digital library just for you.

If you ordered physical books, give me around 3-5 business days (usually less) to get them all packed up and sent off to you. You'll get them in around a week or so, give or take, depending on the volume USPS has to deal with and what time of year it is. I ship everything for FREE - even the giant 9+ pound boxes.

 

CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?

Yes! BookFunnel gives you the choice to send them to your preferred e-reader or app via email. And that includes your Kindle tablet, your phone, your iPad, the web browser on your computer... the possibilities are nearly endless. As long as your device can connect to the internet, we should be able to get your eBooks and audiobooks over to it!

Don't worry, it's SUPER easy to figure out. But if you're stuck, don't worry. The BookFunnel team is just an email away at help@bookfunnel.com. They're good people, and lightning-fast at helping people out!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you're not happy with your purchase, just contact me (shop@muonic.com) and I'll do my best to make it right. Between myself and the folks I work with, I'm confident we can make you happy. And if you still aren't, I'll be happy to give you a refund.
